1. How much is freight?

Answer: depands on what you are ordering and where abouts are you. Please email sales@deepblueaquarium.co.nz and we will work out how much freight will cost. Example of freight charges: Light bulb courier anywhere in New Zealand cost $5, Canister filter courier with in Auckland $6.10, Normal post for a canister filter to Christchurch $19.95 etc

2. How long does it take for me to receive my goods?

Answer: this will depands on where you are sending to and by normal post or courier. Normally for courier within Auckland or city in north island will be overnight. As to rural area and south island it maybe 2-3 days.

3. Why there is no reply from my emails?

Answer: Normally we reply email every 8hours, 24hours at the most.

4. What if the goods was broken when i receive it?

Answer: Please contact us as soon as possible then we can make arrangement

5. I have questions enquiring aquarium.....

Answer: Please email us we are happy to answer your questions and give suggestions to your aquarium. Alternately, consider joining NZMAS (New Zealand Marine Aquarium Society) for your marine aquarium questions.

6. I have seen stuff cheaper else where.....

Answer: We will match any prices of any product you find on any other New Zealand retailer.

Note: Sometime some retailer may sell their product at a price below their cost, in this case we may not be able to match their price but this is very unlikely.
