DeepBlue is New Zealand first online store that specialize in both marine and fresh water aquarium products. Our launch is because the aquarium communities deserves an aquarium store that provides a full range of quality aquarium supplies at acceptable prices plus promoting the aquarium hobby and have it widely available to everyone.

Our product range will be updated frequently.
We are always looking for new product to try out and if it is any good offer them to our customers so any overseas or local suppliers interested to supplying us or have their product listed on our online store please email us to discuss further.

Currently we only stock dry goods but we are hoping to have some live stock available. (Mainly marine live stock and high quality discus.)

Customer Support
We are experienced hobbyists with extensive knowledge with marine/reef, freshwater, planted aquarium and the equipment used to keep them. Feel free to email us to discuss about your aquarium and ask questions if you have any. As we are an aquarium supplies store which offers a variety of different brand, sometime it is hard to decide which one to go ahead with. Please email us your requirements and we can discuss the pro's and con's with each item.

Price Policy
We will match any prices of any product you find on any other New Zealand retailer.

Note: Sometime some retailer may sell their product at a price below their cost, in this case we may not be able to match their price but this is very unlikely.

Return Policy
For faulty/damage goods:

If the goods you receive is in an unacceptable standard. (Faulty/damage) Please email us as soon as possible (with in 30days).

Change of mind:
If you have a change of mind in the goods you purchase from us we may consider taking it back and offer you store credit. We do charge a restocking fee on return goods. It would depends on the quality of the goods return to us is at. (Open or not, been in use or not)

Trade In:
If you have any aquarium product that you wanted to trade in for something else email us and we'll see what we can work out for you.
